Guideline Fario LW NT8 Grey Spare Spool

These reels carry the strong Truss X construction features of our Vosso reels, but have been reworked to suit the slim, elegant look of the Fario LW reel. The recessed reel foot brings the reel closer to the grip for better balance and less torque when casting. A built-in tippet holder keeps loose ends of mono/fluorocarbon in place to prevent tangles.

The lightweight, low-diameter, waterproof sealed drag system with its carbon/stainless disc stack generates 1.3 kg of drag power on the #24 and #46 models, which is more than enough for any trout fishing.

The 68 size will suit the needs of sea trout anglers - migratory trout and single-handed salmon anglers looking for a large arbor, lightweight and solid reel with more drag power (2 kg at the bottom of the spool) than the two smaller sizes. It is also a perfect match for our new 10' ULS hybrid rods in line weights 7 and 8. Together they make an incredibly light and strong outfit for single-handed or ultra-light switch work.

The drag adjustment range is 360º and offers settings from almost free spool through to a smooth, firm drag calibrated to suit the kind of fishing this reel is aimed at. Trophy-sized fish on the most delicate tippets? These reels are your best friend! With a slightly oversized spool diameter, the Fario LW delivers fast retrieve and generous backing capacity. The reel comes with a protective nylon pouch that can also be used with the reel mounted on a rod.
